The Scots are famous for their brew and wee drams of “Uisce beatha”, but how well does it really do in the US? Join us in taking a look at how Scottish beer and whisky is enjoyed socially in the US, similarities and differences between US-Scotland, the challenges of selling and serving in the US in general and amidst a pandemic, and why these special liquids can help bring even virtual global diasporas together in community.
