Stephanie is an international commercial lawyer with over 18 years’ experience advising clients on the structuring, negotiation and delivery of construction, infrastructure and technology deals in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Born and educated in Glasgow, she built her career in London before moving to South Africa 5 years ago. She is a Non-Exec Director on the board of the Africa Scotland Business Network, helping to grow the network in both Scotland and Africa.
