My time in Finance means I understand money as the blood flow of business. The key to delivering large scale change is engagement and connection with the people involved. The ability to engage with those throughout the organisation and translate C-suite strategy in a way which engages and inspires those in the front line, is the key to my success.

I develop the right business and operating models to maximize long term value generation. I use technology and digital transformation as tools to optimize cost and profitability, creating sustainable business value.

I am passionate about sustainability and the key role business has to play in delivering prosperity which respects both society and environment. The world around us changing at an ever increasing pace. Business needs to adapt and evolve to thrive. Whether it be at process optimization level, to maximize efficiency, or transforming or business models to evolve a step ahead of the competition, I am focused on driving business to optimize sustainability and profitability.

As a woman at a senior executive level focused on Tech, I am passionate about closing the STEM gender gap. We need to maximize our scientific, engineering and technical talents to define the solutions that will allow us to develop in a sustainable way. I was Shells STEM lead for the UK, working with the country chair and team to develop our STEM talent pipeline and addressing the gender balance across STEM education and careers.
