About this speaker
I founded AAI in 2009 and ran it as a programme within the Centre for Scottish Public Policy until 2012 when it spun out to become a not-for-profit company. I'm excited to facilitate open, meaningful opportunities and empowering graduates and employers by giving them easy access to each other through paid internships and full-time opportunities.
Over the years the AAI team has championed socially-driven employment and equality of opportunity. For our customers (employers and graduates) we've achieved diversity, openness, an uncomplicated, almost paperless, process plus a network of solid support for them.
