During her 20 plus year career as a consultant, trainer and coach, Annabelle has worked with a wide variety of organisations in all sectors: with entrepreneurs as they plan and implement scale-up, business owners as they take their companies to ambitious new heights and new horizons, and global corporates in the design and delivery of international leadership programmes.
Her work has taken her all over the world, working physically in 17 countries and virtually with clients in at least 15 more.
She provides leadership coaching for entrepreneurs and business owners, leadership development programmes for larger organisations, and business consultancy for organisations going through growth and change.
She lives on the West Coast of Scotland.
